Every long term renter or co-owner shall ensure that these rules are adhered to by the resident (s) in the unit he rents or owns. Every co-owner is liable to make good any damage which occurs as a result of infringement of the house rules or lack of due care. In common interest, it is the right and the duty of the renter or the co-owners, their families and subtenants to intervene when they see anyone behaving in a manner which contravenes these rules.
- Between 2300 hrs and 0800 hrs there shall be quietness in the entire apartment complex, or home or homes including the corridors and entrance halls, on holidays and weekends there shall be quitness until 1000 am. During this time radios televisions and music players must at all times be turned down to a level that does not disturb neighbours. The same consideration must be shown when playing musical instruments. Particular thoughtfulness is called for when the balcony doors or windows are open. If a party on a given evening is likely to cause more noise than usual, the immediate neighbors should be warned.
- The use of mechanical tools is prohibited during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays and holidays during any other day between 2000 hrs and 0900 hrs unless there are extraordinary or emergency reasons.
- Littering or dirtying the common areas and gardens is forbidden, smoking is prohibited in apartments, homes and residences (smoking is allowed in your veranda or common pool area). Common areas must not be used for storing residents property. a baby carriage. However, may be kept near the owners apartment. No animals are permitted.
- Specific instructions may be issued at any time relating to use of technical equipments, and these are equivalent to house rules. Apartments shall be aired by means of the reclining windows mode.
Residents must drive considerately and with care on the parking area Idling of engines and the sounding of horns shall be avoided, no car wash is permitted.
For safety reasons, playing games and loitering in the car parking area is prohibited. For the same reasons , litting of fireworks, rockets etc from apartment balconies is forbidden.
Trees in the gardens plants, furniture and equipement in and around the swimming pool must be handle with care.
The use of charcoal grills and igniting fluid is prohibited on all balconies.The use of glass ware is prohibited in the pool area.
In the interest of all residents, any damage, defects, and contraventions of these house rules should be reported immediately to the management or caretaker, or an appointed person of the residency.
